VISTO:

El informe del Sr. arbitro Stefano Espíndola, del encuentro disputado en La Criolla entre J.B. Alberdi y Comunicaciones Concordia el domingo 1ro de septiembre de 2024.

Hecho el descargo del jugador informado Sr. LEJARRETA JOAQUIN ALEJANDRO, mas video

acompañado con las secuencias de imagenes que dejan observar el momento en el cual el imputado hace efectivo un tiro penal y después de convertir festeja de manera natural junto a sus compañeros, todo lo expuesto permite a este Tribunal no observar gestos de burla, agresión o cualquier otro adjetivo que haga pensar en otra cosa.

Por lo tanto, en base a lo expuesto y pruebas presentadas, este Tribunal Exime de Sanción Art.33—34 del RTP- al Sr. LEJARRETA JOAQUIN ALEJANDRO del club Comunicaciones Concordia.

VISTO:

El informe policial, emitido por la comisaria de La Criolla, se desprende del mismo que finalizado el partido hubo en zona externa de vestuarios un altercado entre participantes del mismo individualizados como ROULIN SEBASTIAN DNI N° 33.863.823 y PELICHERO LUCIANO DNI N° 39.717.671 en el cual hubo agresiones verbales sin llegar a agresiones físicas.

Mientras esto ocurría, el hecho fue observado por el Sr. PELICHERO JOAQUIN jugador del club Alberdi, quien agrede con un golpe de puño en el rostro al Sr. ROULIN SEBASTIAN causándole una herida sangrante, produciendo, además, un desorden entre personas que observaban que no paso a mayores gracias a la intervención policial.

Por lo expuesto este Tribunal RESUELVE:

• Sancionar al Sr. PELICHERO JOAQUIN con DIEZ (10) partidos de suspensión Art.200

del RTP.-
